### Role overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and commercially minded Thailand Holiday Advisor to be the destination expert for the travel agents, tour operators and OTAs who book Thailand with us. Explera is a B2B DMC: we do not sell to travellers directly. Partners send us their clients, and we plan and deliver the trip on the ground.

You will turn partner enquiries into clear, well-priced itineraries for honeymooners, families, FIT travellers and small groups, follow up until they confirm, and hand complete files to our operations team in Bangkok.

### Key responsibilities

### 1. Itinerary design & quotations

- Prepare tailor-made Thailand itineraries and quotations for B2B partner enquiries, the same business day wherever possible

- Price accurately from contracted hotel, transport and activity rates, protecting the agreed margin

- Recommend hotels, experiences and routings that fit each client's budget, travel dates and season

### 2. Partner sales & conversion

- Follow up every open quotation and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

- Build strong relationships with partner agents in India, the Gulf and South-East Asia

- Train partner agents on Thailand in short online sessions and share new products, offers and travel advisories

### 3. Booking handover & coordination

- Hand confirmed bookings to operations with complete, accurate files

- Coordinate with contracting on rates, allotments and availability

- Keep partners updated from confirmation until departure

### 4. Systems & reporting

- Record every enquiry, quotation and booking in our booking system and CRM

- Report weekly on your pipeline, conversion rate and margin

### Requirements

- 2+ years in travel sales, reservations or itinerary planning, ideally selling Thailand

- Strong knowledge of Thailand's key cities, hotels, seasons and experiences

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Thai is a plus

- Quick, accurate costing in Excel or a booking system

- Customer-first, organised and comfortable working to same-day deadlines

- Valid right to work in Thailand
