What is the working language at Explera?

English is the primary working language. Thai is widely spoken internally. Many team members also speak Japanese, Korean, French, or Vietnamese — reflecting our destination expertise.

Is Explera DMC a good place to start a travel career?

Absolutely. We hire entry-level coordinators and run a structured internship programme. Many of our senior staff started here fresh from university. We invest heavily in training and mentorship.

Do employees get to travel as part of their job?

Yes — FAM (familiarisation) trips are a core benefit. Full-time staff get access to subsidised and complimentary trips to the destinations they manage, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Europe.
