Interns at Explera work alongside a diverse team across departments including Digital Marketing & Social Media, Travel Product Development & Research, Sales Support & Client Coordination, Content Creation & Branding, and Administrative & Operational Support.
Our internship is unpaid. All official documentation — internship agreement, insurance, and university letters — must be provided by your institution. We issue an official Certificate of Completion and fully support university credit requirements. With team members from 15+ nationalities, this is a genuinely global experience based in Bangkok.

How to Apply — Step by Step
Follow these 5 simple steps to submit your internship application to Explera DMC. The entire process is done by email — no portal required.
Prepare Your Updated CV
Prepare your most current resume/CV highlighting your education, relevant skills, and any prior experience in marketing, tourism, hospitality, or business.
Define Your Internship Period
Clearly specify your intended start and end dates. Minimum duration is 4 months. Dates must align with our operational requirements and be confirmed before joining.
Choose Your Area of Interest
Select one or more areas from the 5 work tracks available. Being specific helps us match you to the right team and role.
Gather University Documents
Collect your official internship documentation from your institution. These must be provided before your start date. We will assist with signing and countersigning.
Send Everything to HR
Email all the above to hr@expleradmc.com with the subject line "Internship Application — [Your Name] — [Area of Interest]". Our team will review your profile.
