No. Explera internships are unpaid. However, we provide all official documentation required for university credit and issue a Certificate of Completion. The experience, skills, and industry connections gained are of significant professional value.

How long are internship programs?

Our internship programs typically run for 3 to 6 months. We can accommodate university internship requirements and coordinate with your institution for credit approval. Please indicate your preferred duration in your application.

Can internships lead to full-time employment?

Absolutely! Many of our full-time employees started as interns. Outstanding interns may receive job offers at the end of their program. Performance during your internship plays a key role in future employment consideration.
