Your HR portal on your phone

1. On your Android phone, tap Download for Android.
2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps from unknown sources.
3. Open the downloaded file, tap Install, then open Explera People and sign in.
4. When asked, allow location all the time. Attendance is then recorded automatically during your shift.

The link always gives the newest version (now 1.3.0). The app also tells you when an update is ready.

iPhone apps can only be installed from Apple's App Store, and the Explera People iPhone app is being prepared for it. Until then, add the portal to your Home Screen: it opens full screen like an app, with nothing to download.

1. Open career.expleradmc.com/portal in Safari.
2. Sign in.
3. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Open Explera People from your Home Screen.

On iPhone, attendance is not recorded automatically in the background. Check in and out on the Attendance page. Automatic attendance comes with the App Store app.
